Add an event

If you would like to add an event to the West End Calendar, just follow the instructions below.  It is a free service.
 
1.) Use the GoogleCalendar button to subscribe to the West End Calendar (you may need to set up a free GMail account).
 
2.) You will automatically be directed to the West End Calendar.  Just click on the day and time the event it to be scheduled, and name the event.
 
3.) Do not click on "Create Event" (yet).  Click on "edit event details".
 
4.) Complete the Green portion (what, where, when, description); and in the blank under "Enter the email addresses of guests, separated by commas" type westendgreenville@gmail.com.
 
5.) Click "Save" at the bottom of the page, and "Send" when prompted to invite guests.
 
In order for the event to be accepted into the calendar, it must be occuring in the West End, and it must be accepted by the calendar administrator or the West End Board.  The Board may reject any suggestion for the calendar at its sole discretion.  Sales on merchandise or services does not qualify as an event for the purposes of this calendar.
